1. Special orders, unfinished wood, and primed white materials are FINAL SALE, no returnable or exchangeable.
2. The refund or exchange of the metal product (Zipbolt, Iron Balusters, handrail brackets, etc.) must have the original package, and keep in the good condition,  and the invoice must be within 21 days of purchase, and subject to 20% of the restocking fee.
3. Cutting service is not available in standard treads, risers, and plywood.
4. Over 6 feet of materials are not available in delivery.
5. “Backorder” we need 5-6 business days to process. We may need more time to process some specific backorders of the special orders.
6. The shipping cost on the checkout page is an interior test (NOT COMPLETE). Some items do not automatically appear on that page. Please send an email to us with which specific items you want to order and the shipping address, and we will give you a shipping quote by Canada Post Rating.
